By now you should have your domain name and website all set up. I can go into details about how to setup your site but that is out of the scope of our post here. I will cover the best ways to setup a blog in another post. But if you can’t wait for the future post, check out Dan Sumner’s Bloggers Roadmap. In his training, Dan has laid out everything you need to setup a successful blog.Options

Today we are going to talk about how to find products and services to promote. There are many sites you can visit but here are a few go to sites for me.

JVZoo

ClickBank

You can also promote products from big companies like Amazon.

But before you sign up with anyone of them, make sure to review the terms and conditions. These affiliate networks are very popular and the best part about them is that they offer diverse products. This helps you choose what type of products you want to focus on. Some of the affiliate networks also offer a different payment structures so make sure that you fully understand the terms and how you will be paid.

For example, on JVZoo you can earn anywhere from 10-100% of the sale. The average in JVZoo is 50% per sale. But I have seen products that offer 100% commission on the front end product and 50% throughout the rest of the funnel.

Another tricky part about JVZoo is that sometimes the seller (vendor) will pay you instantly and other times you have to wait because they can set their own terms. This usually depends on how many affiliate sales you have. If you have more than 50 sales, they normally pay you immediately. All your payments are paid to you through PayPal.

In order to promote any product on JVZoo, you will have to get approved by the vendor. Clickbank on the other hand usually offers 50-75% commissions and most of the products don’t require approval from the vendor. There are some products in Clickbank that do require vendor approval to promote, but if you are just starting out then not having to get the approval is a great advantage to you.

There are some companies that have their own affiliate program and don’t go through the big affiliate networks. But they also have their own rules so you will have to go through the terms and conditions there as well.

That’s it for today. Go check out all the different affiliate networks and find a few products you like. In the next post I will be talking about things to look for when you are selecting your products to promote. But I still want you to go check out the affiliate networks now so that you are familiar with it. So, go check them out and I will see you on the next post.
