Confessions Of A Vertically Challenged Person

As most of you know I was at the Warrior Event in Raleigh, NC this past weekend.

I had a blast!

I connected with some old friends and made some new ones.

I have posted some pictures on Facebook if you haven’t seen them yet. So, here’s the funny thing.

If you don’t know this…I am not a tall person. I am 5 feet tall and I call myself vertically challenged lol.

When you look at the pictures I posted, keep an eye on the person next to me. All of them had to bend to down to take a picture with me…hahaha

You can crack all the jokes you want but when you have to take a picture…you have to come down to my level…lol

I learned a lot from the event. I have to be honest, I only attended 3 sessions out of all the ones that were there. Most of my learning was done outside of the conference room…in front of the bar.

I will share some of the things I learned over the next few weeks.

The main lesson I will be implementing is outsourcing. I will be outsourcing some of the daily mind numbing parts of my business to help me expand.

I have outsourced some things in the past but I haven’t really been good at it. So, I picked up the outsource guide that Mandy and Keith released today. The advanced guide is pretty good.

Keith talks about the strategies he uses to expand his business by outsourcing it. He also talks about how he goes about hiring people, which I found very helpful.

It’s called Outsource Explosion.

Feel free to check it out.

And if you missed out on the Warrior Event this year, then definitely come to the next one. I will be going to a couple more this year too so I hope to see you there.
